To assure the environmental atmosphere needed to meet high-reliability soldering and ESD requirements, as well as complying with OSHA standards, Target has installed a high efficiency air removal system as well as custom-designed soldering workstations. All production stations are designed around electrostatic-free work surfaces.  To ensure CCA cleanliness a closed loop aqueous batch cleaning system is utilized to remove both RMA and water-soluble flux/paste.
